This is my first use of my new baby (see previous post). It was SOOO great and easy to make the dough! And I sure ended up with some super active yeast--this calzone was enormous!! Enough to feed an army, really. I had to kind of smash it together on the cooking sheet so it would fit. It was sweet deliciousness, and I am so happy!
